Tongue Thrush

Is this a healthy looking tongue, oral thrush?

I was worried last week that I may have oral thrush, so I went to my school nurse and she said that I had normal looking tongue, and it was a little white because I was dehydrated. Here is a picture what do you think http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i38/tdmdxc/Photo12.jpg

1. Thrush would be painful, so you are normal.
2. Its does not look like thrush, but to test it, scrape it off with a cloth and if it bleeds its thrush, sometimes people just have hairy tongues and if you are a smoker then its just staining
