Tongue Thrush
newborn oral thrush???
my little boy is 2 weeks old, we think he has oral thrush, his tongue is covered white and he has white patches on his gums, he is crying continuesly. are there any home remedies 4 this, does any1 know, because he seems very distressed?????

- You should call your son's pediatrician & take him in as soon as possible.
- He'll need some nystatin oral preparation . . .by prescription only. No home remedies will work. Get him to the doctor. The nystatin will work wonders. Good luck!
