- Yes I believe you have oral thrush, which is a yeast infection. Yeast occurs naturally in our bodies and when the balance is disturbed due to many causes i.e antibiotics, illness etc a yeast infection can develop. My best advice to you is to consult your family physician for the most beneficial & practical treatment. There are many products that you can buy to try to get rid of it, but in my case I found my doctor to be my best bet. I would just go to the doctor for the best treatment options. Good luck
