I am breast feeding and I think my baby has thrush on tongue!?

I am breastfeeding my 6 week old and I noticed a white patch with some rounds bumps on her tongue. Is this thrush and if so how is it treated?

It does sound like thrush! If you take her to the doctor, they will prescribe either Nystatin or Gentian Violet... which you apply to the babies mouth. Also, you will require a cream for your nipples. It takes about a week for it to go away.
it may be thrush - or it may be just the milk, check to make sure it's not. If it's milk, it'll go away nottoo long after a feed, if it's thrush, it'll stay and get worse and even show as clotted / cottage cheese around the edge of the mouth. The doctor will give you both something to get rid of it easily if it is.
Possibly, usually it's all over tha tongue. If it is though, get a damp washcloth and wipe it off with ur finger.
If it doesn't wipe off with a wet washcloth, it is thrush. Usually you will feel it on your nipples first. They will burn and you will have sharp stabbing pains every now and then.
